Terms of Service

You need an account to use Muem across devices. Provide accurate sign-in information and keep access to your email or connected Apple or Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Where the law requires parental permission, a parent or guardian must authorize a child's use.

Your notes, messages, photos, voice notes and files remain yours. You give Crowbly LLC the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, search, display and delete that content as part of Muem. Only upload content you have the right to use. Muem is a personal tool; do not rely on it as the sole copy of something irreplaceable.

Muem provides chat-style capture, sync and search. Some features use automated processing to make content searchable or to answer a request, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We may change features, limits or availability as the service develops. We aim to keep Muem reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or recovery of every item.

Muem has a free plan and an optional Muem Plus subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The price, billing period, features and any eligible introductory offer appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store or payment provider that billed you. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Canceling normally leaves Plus active through the current paid period; deleting your Muem account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

Do not use Muem to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse the service, probe or bypass security controls, or interfere with other users or our systems. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or comply with law.

You can stop using Muem or delete your account in the app's Settings. Account deletion removes account data and stored attachments from our active systems as described in the Privacy Policy. Cancel a paid subscription separately with Apple or the provider that billed you to stop future renewals. We may end access for serious misuse or when required by law.

Muem is provided with reasonable care, but without a promise that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Crowbly LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms as Muem changes. The effective date above will change, and we will give additional notice when required. Continuing to use Muem after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law. Contact us if you have questions.
